We have gained a wealth of experience over the years working on a number of office refit, refurbishment and complete build projects.

Varying from single office requests to full building and large Sq ft installs involving intricate plans and drawings.

This has given us opportunities to work with vast variety of people with key roles within a design and refurbishment project.

Architects - who create designs for new construction projects, alterations and redevelopments. They use their specialist construction knowledge and high-level drawing skills to design buildings that are functional, safe, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing.

Designers - Who work closely with the client to fully understand what needs to be achieved and how they want they envisage the overall finished look. The professional opinion from a Designer is highly sought after during construction and fit out projects and gives the client confidence the brief is being met.

Estimators - responsible for estimating the costs of a planned construction project in terms of the labour, equipment and materials required. ... researching, sourcing, negotiating and obtaining the best prices and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.

Main Contractors - Their role is managing health and safety risks during the construction phase of a project and work closely with the Desingners and Architects to ensure all ideas of the pre-construction phase are met by these Health and Safety guidelines.

Sub Contractor - undertake roles and responsibilities from the Main contractors. This may include certain duties the Main Contractor is unable to complete and will therefore hands over elements of the works to the Sub Contractor to look after.

Our Glass Whiteboards were used to create single pieces as well as full glass writing walls adding flow and diversity to the spaces.

All the Glass panels were finished in White in keeping with the crisp, clean new office space.

Using our Hidden Fixing Magnetic Glass Whiteboards to create a seamless finish that allows for the boards to be used as fully writable, magnetic and as company identity.

Incorporating soft natural tones along with bright splashes of colour, Rap Interiors transformed the new Hub Area, where XMA will hold meetings, training and events.
